PPACV delivers comprehensive telecommunications infrastructure services throughout the Southeastern United States, supporting cable operators, broadband providers, utilities, municipalities, and engineering firms. Our experienced field teams provide turnkey construction, maintenance, and deployment services across aerial, underground, MDU, and outside plant environments.
Our aerial construction capabilities include strand and lash work, fiber and coax placement, pole attachments, new plant construction, and system upgrades. For underground projects, PPACV performs trenching, conduit installation, directional drilling, bore operations, underground fiber and coax placement, handhole and vault installation, and restoration.
PPACV also provides make-ready services, including attachment relocations, double wood support, pole audits, remediation, utility coordination, and compliance-driven construction. Our teams are equipped to support both high-volume transfer programs and more complex pole infrastructure projects requiring field verification and corrective work.
For MDU environments, PPACV supports apartment communities, condominiums, and commercial properties with structured wiring, in-building fiber and coax distribution, network upgrades, service activations, and modernization projects.
